WHAT TO EXPECT
In our home-like atmosphere there is comfort and acceptance. We are all about building relationships. You will build a new relationship with your self, with others here at Connections and with your world. Through the psycho-education group, drop-in times, workshops, family nights and art groups you will have the opportunity to explore your reality, learn and restore.
Expect to be accepted and loved, but expect to be challenged! Our restoration paradigm is designed to assist you in identifying belief systems and challenging the beliefs that carry damaging elements. You will be challenged to make an exchange – to exchange the beliefs that are hurting your life for the beliefs that give you new strength and possibility. It is hard work and only you can do it! But you won’t be alone! The community of Connections is poised to embrace you through the process!
