Connections is a gateway to understanding the trauma of sexual abuse, accessing resources for
help and taking action as a community. We invite you to explore our
site, utilize the materials, contact us and get involved!
Child Sexual abuse is a "public
health" epidemic.
Someone you know has been impacted by the
trauma of sexual abuse.
1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men
will be touched by sexual abuse before the
age of 18.
Connections offers:
The
survivor a place of
acceptance and truth within safe relationships. Through groups, workshops,
mentoring, and special events, the survivor of sexual abuse receives
opportunities to uncover the person she was meant to be.
Our
community the resources
necessary to accept responsibility as adults to stop the sexual abuse of our
children.
